This Privacy Policy explains how MadRaccoonStudios (“MadRaccoonStudios”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit madraccoon.dev or use our games and apps distributed through Google Play or other platforms.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information collected depends on the specific game, app, device and services used. It may include:

• Game or app progress, preferences, achievements or other information needed to provide a feature, where applicable.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific feature and clearly explained at the point of collection.

We may use information to operate and provide our games, apps and website; save progress or provide requested features; respond to support enquiries; diagnose crashes and technical problems; improve performance and user experience; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and communicate important service or policy updates.

4. GOOGLE PLAY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our apps may be distributed through Google Play and may use services supplied by Google or other providers. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and the configuration of the relevant app. We will update this policy and the relevant Google Play Data safety declarations if our data practices change.

Third-party services may include hosting, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, authentication, cloud storage or payment services. Only services actually used by a product should be listed in that product’s final privacy disclosures.

5. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS AND COOKIES

Some products may use advertising or analytics. If used, the relevant app will disclose the applicable data practices and request consent where legally required. This website may use essential cookies or similar technologies. Non-essential tracking should not be enabled without appropriate notice and consent where required.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, platform providers, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities where legally required, or a successor in connection with a business transfer. We do not share information for purposes unrelated to the service without an appropriate legal basis or notice.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual or legal requirements, security, dispute resolution and record keeping. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

If a particular game or app supports accounts or stores personal information on our systems, users may request deletion by emailing contact@madracoon.dev with the product name and relevant account details. We may need to verify the request. Some information may be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate record-keeping reasons. Product-specific deletion instructions should also be provided inside the relevant app where an account is offered.

9. CHILDREN

Our services are not knowingly directed at children where applicable law requires parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to a data protection regulator. 11. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Service providers may process information in countries outside your home country. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
